SINOPSIS

París, julio de 1942: la policía francesa se lleva a Sarah, una niña de 10 años, y a toda su familia en una redada puerta a puerta en la que arrestan a multitud de familias judías en plena noche. Desesperada por proteger a su hermano pequeño, Sarah lo encierra en un armario del dormitorio, su pequeño escondite secreto, y le promete volver en cuanto les liberen. Sesenta y siete años más tarde: la historia de Sarah se mezcla con la de Julia Jarmond, una periodista estadounidense que investiga la redada. Durante su investigación, Julia descubre un rastro de secretos que ligan la vida de Sarah a la suya, y la llenan de preguntar sobre su propio futuro sentimental.
